06/4/2021 17:53 | I like your confidence Sparky, and hope the points I raised will be responded to. No one would be happier than me if the share price sits around this level for a few weeks and pushes forward from the 21st. I have held this for years and averaged down and increased my holding over the years. Seagull | seagull222
06/4/2021 17:31 | Seagull relax this is YU it will be back up soon enough. Look at all previous result days always drops. One day they will not get to rinse and repeat Ammu got caught out and now fighting with placing rubbish to drop the share price I hold a significant amount and would appear very high in the share register.Am I worried ? Not one bit, do not need the money and I have patience and seen it all before as I have held since 50p. I have my sell target and it is over £10, maybe 2 to 3 years to wait but it will come and maybe sooner if they continue to grow organically and via buying rivals | sparky333
06/4/2021 17:09 | Sparky, good advice I will be listening to that presentation, I'm not panicked I'm concerned and dropping close to 30% in a week it's no surprise! The analysts update on results day clearly not impressed based on share price performance for whatever reason. Seagull | seagull222
06/4/2021 17:04 | And ? What did you expect a 5 page brief ? I really think you need to sell | sparky333
06/4/2021 16:52 | 2nd paragraph Bk report states 'I'm pleased to report that we've continued to see improved Q1 2021 booked revenue compared to the same period last year.' Not good enough Seagull | seagull222
06/4/2021 16:42 | Ps seagull if your that stressed they are presenting 21st April sign up and ask those questions. Then again from the time of your post I suggest you sell and buy a ftse 100 company . | sparky333
06/4/2021 16:37 | I think you need sell as obviously panicked, or I expect you already have like Ammu.It was a bloody FY report not a trading update. They have already told you revenue already booked, high single digit margins and booking booming along in 2021.You will get the detail at H1 and some more clarity at the AGM statement | sparky333
06/4/2021 16:33 | We have made a good start to 2021 and look forward with absolute confidence for 2021 and beyond . Sorry, what more does one need from the management. | cocker
06/4/2021 15:35 | Just to be clear today's drop was the correction from the rogue UT last Thursday. | sparky333
06/4/2021 15:33 | Lol he is at it again | sparky333
06/4/2021 15:19 | You really are doing well, that's four words instead of the normal two. | cocker
06/4/2021 15:03 | Strange drop...placing coming ? | ammu12
04/4/2021 19:56 | Good post, I am not surprised on 2021 figures this was year end. 2021 performance will come with AGM statement in May not long to wait and I. Any wait to see revised forecasts from house broker as every target for 2020 was knocked out of the park. | sparky333
03/4/2021 11:48 | I agree. Would have been good to have more detail on figures for this year. I'm happy to read 'significantly ahead' I will take that as a positive even without exact figures. I've read a good start to 2021 and also continued strong cash generation in different parts of the report. Got an answer for debt from the report. 'The Group has no debt other than GBP0.3m (at 31 December 2020) recognised from IFRS 16 as a consequence of operating leases for the Group's premises'Looking at a 12-36 month time line here. For some I know that seems like an impossible amount of time to hold but for me it's a shot at making life changing sums. Luckily I have a job that has paid me right throughout the pandemic and is very secure so in no need of cash. I can't see a better bet, percentage wise of success out there, so I will trust what they say and take my chances. RC. | arsey
31/3/2021 19:20 | Opus 20,000 meters a year. Yu haven't even reached 20,000 after 5 years. | 1me me
31/3/2021 18:06 | Opus Energy always grew far more slowly than Yu Group. They had nothing like the same ambition. | tradertrev
31/3/2021 17:58 | You cannot compare Yu with Deliveroo. You need to compare Yu with another none domestic supplier. Opus Energy 300,000 customers and a turnover of 1 billion sold to DRAX for 300 million. If Yu was sold today based on Opus sale you would get 150p per share. | 1me me
31/3/2021 16:01 | Chuckling at the moment on deliveroo.Market cap £7b on float and revenue of 476m14 times turnover YU turnover 100m, market cap 40% less than revenue Outstanding how the city values companies. | sparky333
31/3/2021 14:25 | In fact we have gone up 21p on the back of 11000 shares being bought . | fidra
31/3/2021 14:08 | I am of the thought that some of those who attended yesterday’s meeting will now be doing some write ups and distributing them around their brokerages and clients. Hopefully they will be of a positive persuasion. As has been pointed out their is not much free float here, and buying quantities or selling the same is difficult without moving the price significantly. | fidra
31/3/2021 13:45 | Well the last two sessions have wiped a considerable amount of paper profit away for yours truely However, many will be using today as a way to adjust portfolio's for cgt. So in our favour it will be punters banking profits rather than losses and as of tomorrow I expect a rise from these levels. | cocker |
