31/3/2021 19:06 | Opus Energy always grew far more slowly than Yu Group. They had nothing like the same ambition. | tradertrev
31/3/2021 18:58 | You cannot compare Yu with Deliveroo. You need to compare Yu with another none domestic supplier. Opus Energy 300,000 customers and a turnover of 1 billion sold to DRAX for 300 million. If Yu was sold today based on Opus sale you would get 150p per share. | 1me me
31/3/2021 17:01 | Chuckling at the moment on deliveroo.Market cap £7b on float and revenue of 476m14 times turnover YU turnover 100m, market cap 40% less than revenue Outstanding how the city values companies. | sparky333
31/3/2021 15:25 | In fact we have gone up 21p on the back of 11000 shares being bought . | fidra
31/3/2021 15:08 | I am of the thought that some of those who attended yesterday’s meeting will now be doing some write ups and distributing them around their brokerages and clients. Hopefully they will be of a positive persuasion. As has been pointed out their is not much free float here, and buying quantities or selling the same is difficult without moving the price significantly. | fidra
31/3/2021 14:45 | Well the last two sessions have wiped a considerable amount of paper profit away for yours truely However, many will be using today as a way to adjust portfolio's for cgt. So in our favour it will be punters banking profits rather than losses and as of tomorrow I expect a rise from these levels. | cocker
31/3/2021 14:23 | Not much volume yet the share price tumbles, I think mm's are targeting weak holders. | imnotspartacus
31/3/2021 13:31 | For those who have not read the report ,is a worthwhile and decent read. Have to say, I did find it difficult to find on the website . The interesting thing is that it looks like they are going to update their figures after yesterday’s analysts meeting .Which will be very interesting . | fidra
31/3/2021 11:56 | If I was running YU I would raise say 5m now before the mcap gets too low.Use the money to pay hmrc and fund future growth!!Come on Bobby placing at 180p please lol | ammu12
31/3/2021 11:34 | Thanks sparky333 re broker note I did look yesterday but I may have been too early . | fidra
31/3/2021 10:58 | Haha if you read back over this forum people talked about 10m plus Also split over 21/22 | sparky333
31/3/2021 10:54 | SP Angel 30 March in case anyone missed it: hxxps://www.yugroupp Forecasts are under review / HMRC deferred payments at 3.6m seemed high | iamhappy1
31/3/2021 10:47 | Haha 1 meme Insightful as ever | sparky333
31/3/2021 10:44 | Lol I know.We all know long term this is going places and people playing games to drive down the share price I find frustrating. At least your honest and I hope you get your chance.Good luck but as things are going the last 24hrs it may dip to 250.As we know this will bounce back aggressively and I think we are reaching this point as YU have had an analysts briefing and roadshow coming. I would not be surprised to see new IIs on board. | sparky333
31/3/2021 10:37 | Lol Sparky. I wanna buy back. Not at this price...maybe sub 200? | ammu12
31/3/2021 10:36 | Spread is very off putting, 30p, so straight away potentially down big time minus trading costs. | bookbroker
31/3/2021 10:31 | Can see this drifting below 200p | 1me me
31/3/2021 10:26 | I think it is pretty normal for share prices to drop on results day unless there are surprises to the upside, which there were not. (The results are good, but we already knew they would be good). Coupled with the very small free float which will tend to increase the swings, in either direction. The increases will tend to be exaggerated, as will the drops, as we are seeing. I am very happy to hold. If it drops further I might top up. | the millipede
31/3/2021 10:26 | Lol give it rest ammu | sparky333
31/3/2021 10:26 | I got stopped out as I said yesterday as always cautious now and felt results needed a lot more juice to sustain rise especially forward looking. Many know this doesn't have much newsflow so will trade itI am keeping a close eyeHowever even tho I do not hold there is zilch chance of a placing - Ammu whats your game lol. Why would they raise cash? | gf123
31/3/2021 10:22 | Buy the rumour sell the fact, sellers due to capital gains tax more investors on market than any other year due to covid, where's the net profit forecast for this year plus dividend yield? | rolo7
31/3/2021 10:21 | Yes, just in case I ever thought I was getting closer to understanding the market, I now feel more clueless than ever! Thought results were very good under the circumstances and the stock gets hammered - very strange. No wonder people short all the time, even good news is sh ite - goes against the grain for me, wanting companies to fail. | daveboy19
31/3/2021 10:21 | Maybe market nervous about placing | ammu12
31/3/2021 10:13 | Can't make it up.Down over 30% in 24hrs, when they turned in a stunning 2020 and turned a small profit in H2 20 during the worst economic crisis for 300 yearsAnd the stock get beaten up Incredible | sparky333
31/3/2021 09:07 | Broker note got updated yesterday see YU group website.21/22 numbers being reviewed as blew previous numbers out of the water | sparky333 |
