Never say never but the margins and bad debt are killers in domestic.SME market is huge and they can pick up clients from Bristol energy , Robin Hood energy or make an offer for the client book in the fire sale

Would be great if they could offer their services to domestic users as well as business users as the numbers would increase exponentially.

I suppose the infrastructure to support this would grow exponentially too and the 3 ring pick up would be impossible

In the presentation traffic to website is up 100% and obviously reflected in new booking increase and the statement on the new energy plans are booming along

No doubt about it, I am looking ahead 2 years and this is going places as they mop up the fallen, like the council owned utilities like Robin Hood energy screwed, Bristol energy screwed The future is very bright

Very quite on here nowadays, not quite got the following it used to have.

Today’s RNS pre AGM I think was as positive as it could be in light of current events - shows a strong management team who have a plan .

See how the AGM goes but I think the future is still very bright with YU. and they will be in a very strong position when this is all over .

All things considered, one would have to assume a decent TU given the current situation. The lack of current bad debt is a massive plus, but as mentioned there is likely to be a bigger percentage down the line. Where are we now with the sp?, if we could all call predict that then we would be millionaires.

I see at the weekend Orgin Energy has just invested 300m in octopus energy for a 20% stake.Octopus has 1.5m domestic and 12000 SMEsSo octopus is worth 1.5b for 1.5m domestic clients and only 3000 more SME clients Very interesting development in the industry
