AGM update and investor presentation

Manchester, UK - 9 September 2020: Yourgene (AIM: YGEN), the international molecular diagnostics group, announces that further to the Notice of AGM issued on 28 August 2020, the Company announces details of how to join the AGM, which is to be held virtually via Investor Meet Company platform on 22 September 2020 at 4.00pm. All existing and potential shareholders are invited and encouraged to join.

The Company's CEO, Lyn Rees, will provide shareholders with a short presentation after the formal business of the AGM concludes and there will be an opportunity for investors to ask questions. The Company is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood.
