Today, 3 October 2019, the Company was notified that, following a disposal of voting rights on 2 October 2019 and immediately after the time when the obligation to make the notification arose:

 
 
    -- Octopus Investments Nominees Limited held as shareholder 2,685,618 voting rights in the Company, being 8.99% of the voting rights (whereas its last notification was in respect of 2,710,681 voting rights, being 9.09% of the voting rights then in issue); and 
 
 
    -- all of those rights are held by Octopus Investments Nominees Limited directly as a result of 2,685,618 A Shares being registered in its name. 
 

Words or expressions used in the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook have the same meaning when used in this notification, and references to "A Shares" are to A shares of 12.5p each in the Company.
