Yew Grove, which owns a diversified portfolio of Irish commercial property assets, is pleased to confirm that further to its announcement on 8 February 2019, the acquisition of the 3 storey office block A on the IDA Business and Technology Park, Butlerstown, Waterford, for an agreed price of EUR4 million, has now completed.
