09/11/2009 09:57 | Thanks to both. will stick with YAU, as looks low cost and therefore hopefully v. high profits with Price of gold at mo'! | qs9
09/11/2009 09:45 | The Motley Fool likes Yamana too.... | mad jack mcmad
09/11/2009 09:42 | No real idea - I am sure YAU's time will come. I also hold NGL, MML, CEY, PGL and they are all gouing great right now. I gave up with AVM - I started there at 38p many years ago but got fed up with the lousy ZGC operation at the time. | dixi
09/11/2009 09:34 | Personally think this is IMO the most UV gold stock around....anyone got any thoughts on why this has not moved much? Also into AVM/NGL/HMB | qs9
06/11/2009 17:27 | price of gold up again...surely this should be moving North next week?! | qs9
06/11/2009 12:57 | great thanks, I agree with this (and as a holder) as looks remarkably undervalued compared to even big boys like POG... | qs9
04/11/2009 16:51 | Let's hope the gold prices continues rise and YAU can actually get some IR on to their share price given the figures! | qs9
04/11/2009 14:03 | agreed corrientes, but with US opening soon, hopefully this will motor higher as most other gold shares have left this one behind IMO and the market will IMO wake up to this fact before long... | qs9
04/11/2009 13:20 | UK spread is disgusting | corrientes
04/11/2009 13:07 | Yamana is a bit temperamental in the UK market - tends to languish until the US open, particularly in its bullish phases - which gives a very good buying opportunity each morning. In the longer term, I think YAU is the next GOOG. jmvho etc. | mad jack mcmad
04/11/2009 12:36 | Any followers/buyers? Great results, price of gold much higher than when shares hit previous highs, yet still 20% off previous highs....value me thinks? | qs9
04/11/2009 08:13 | Why this is not climbing very high with the POG I have no idea....any views? REsults seemed very solid? | qs9
03/11/2009 20:57 | So we should hope that YAU can climb once again towards resistance near £8. c2i Yeah I hopeful too, short term, up trend support successfully tested some days ago, Breaching of the pink line (chart above)200 day MA is the one to worry about.(imo) | traderabc
03/11/2009 19:29 | Hi fellow long-term holders, Yamana currently up over 6% in Canada as gold reaches a new high. So we should hope that YAU can climb once again towards resistance near £8. c2i | contrarian2investor
17/10/2009 19:01 | thought i'd looked at this on fri but didnt see A) huge volume B) candles going to 800 | moregas
17/10/2009 13:32 | Double top in at 800 might be hard to punch above, but its oversold on a 2 day basis IMO Thanks to leedskier for spotting this. | hectorp
13/10/2009 13:20 | Yes, I only sold RRS to realise great profits (but they've gone up 10%+ since) while holding tight to YAU and the other 2. I've got a bunch of others too but regard these 3 especially as core holdings. | bangor
13/10/2009 11:51 | great 4 to own i think now its just a case of sit on your hands and try to resist taking profits to early. i sold my cey at 90p couple weeks ago and peter hambro at 900p and am now regretting it thinking they had got ahead of themselves. still hold these and a range of juniors and intermediates, Gold looks so strong, as all the fiat currencies try to devalue against each other. Think Yau will have a good few months ahead. $1067 new all time high and no resistance ahead, $50 day gains ahead | ukgeorge
13/10/2009 11:21 | Some time ago I chose my 4 gold horses. They are: RRS, EGU, CEY and YAU. The only one which has not powered to all time highs is YAU, but still I am sticking with it as I believe its time will come as well. | bangor
12/10/2009 11:12 | normal day of £ down gold up, we will get to £9 soon imo | ukgeorge
09/10/2009 08:44 | Great thanks UKG, target price of around £9 then? | qs9
09/10/2009 08:00 | nope not today i make it about £7.60, and gold drop back a little, maybe next week. | ukgeorge |
