CMC I had a look at AA Financial Statements a few weeks back. In my view their portfolio of investments is starting to look a bit historic (over concentration on iron and S America) and, my view only, Racecourse should be a very important antidote. They may have other plans of course, but if not I would be staggered if AA let this one go.

AA shopping at Tescos...

Racecourse - 200-300m USD
Ascot - 150-250m USD
Footrot and other stuff in license EL5574 - 10-20m USD
Licenses EL8585, 8305, 8306 - 2-5m USD

Total = 575m USD

AA, at the checkout, can I have a carrier bag for all this please? I need to fit it into just one bag because I am the only one eating this, very hungry for copper.

P.S. These are just 'idea' numbers, so don't get your knickers in a twist:))

Lurker as CMC points out the synergistic value of the two deposits would be massive on capex. I was eluding to the improved negotiating position that XTR would be in with AA. The agreement covers Racecourse only.

Diddy You mean that if it isn't, it could be sold separately and not necessarily to AA ?

Last drilling update was two months ago yesterday.

There are three key themes to the drilling and from informal podcast comment we know there are many more unreported holes which should be improving knowledge of the systems.

The themes are:

Does Racecourse extend to the South West?
Has Ascot been extended beyond the one hole?
Is there a third porphyry?

Not sure why there is a hold up in information, but given the consistency of news flow last year, the lack of information will start to impact on market perceptions.

There is possibly a fourth theme. Can XTR unequivocally demonstrate that Ascot is not part of Racecourse.

I see we now have a certain P5tvr clumping in. Erudite, articulate, knowledgeable, courteous, mentally balanced, modest. Focused on a few shares he's become expert in. The Gods must be smiling on us.

On a dull day with the shares going nowhere i posted this in the hope that it would cheer us and give us hope. and in repeating it I hope it will transend the banal efforts of PAP et al to excel in the mundane and pointless contributions to the off topic issues that fascinate him and others..

The beauty of this investment is that it seems to be finite. Colin thinks he`s on to a winner and he should know. He is drilling hard particularly in the newer areas and at some moment in the next two months will work out how much is there and do a deal with a third party. We will benefit and he will move on to his next challenge.

PAP

You shouldn't be investing if you heed advice from BBs, better off keeping it in the bank be a lot safer there.

👍 Avsome1968. I see a possible bearish H&S forming on the ARCM chart. Of course ARCM, like XTR, is news driven. Bad news for ARCM on the way?

Stick to warning the gullible muppets on the PVR bb, p5tvr. Barryroe? 50 years since it was first discovered by Esso and still not developed. It never will be.

PAP
A message and friendly warning for Avsome1968.

Hi Pap I did sell half of my position {250k} at 3.815p last week due to it getting a head of itself put it in RMM at 28.55p {top up]so a good swap for now, also bought my 250k back in ARCM today at at 3.225p.
Not sure how you see a downtrend to the chart if you look at the trades this week, the sellers are getting clean up by a buyer couple 1m, and 750k buy trades today, share price bounced of the 50 day m/average so I think its chance now to test 4p again fill that gap above, if on the other hand it drops to 3p range I will sell out, we shall see.

Gold doing well. Above $1900. Good news for my GPM & PUR. Could be good for XTR as well; gold production in Africa and gold in Bushranger (hopefully).

I think we need to move beyond the drip feeding of assay results and get a more comprehensive update of the plan from here. E.g. how many assay results outstanding and timeline for receipt of all of these in order to complete the modelling.

Given it is likely Ascot would be packaged alongside Bushranger for presentation to AA, it would be good to understand the extent of additional work required and whether we are funded both for that and to get the modelling completed. A placing for another few $m would not surprise me, nor would I be disappointed if it's required to complete the project given how promising Ascot has looked and not wanting to leave that so underexplored that the value attributed to it is materially less than it should be.

Zero Thank you for trying to help Pap do the right thing.

P5tvr I know that in you own way you were trying to help Pap too but you were too sophisticated.
You need to spell it out more simply and be more direct. but thanks for trying.

The "trend is your friend" and the trend is most definitely UP for XTR. Not so for ARCM.

Given that missive had nothing whatsoever to do with XTR you should indeed have posted it on the relevant thread.
