08/2/2022 13:58 | Remember that for a long time we've been trading in very unusual circumstances - the news of the last 3-4 months would justify a double- or triple-bagging in some of the stocks. We did not have it as we had a barrage of cheap shares being offloaded into any rise. Now, even a price of 10p without any additional news would seem totally reasonable to me given the progress we've made. | picardy
08/2/2022 13:33 | That was the plan, until recently. Just been looking at some of the larger buys, I wonder if Alex Terry is continuing to buy stock in the open market. | the count of monte_cristo
08/2/2022 12:45 | Indeed. I don't own a house, I don't even own a car. I own XTR stock, so when I said that I have been 100% invested in XTR, like before the first drill, that is exactly what I mean. Apart from a few books and clothes my entire wealth has been in XTR stock, so being right is quite meaningful. Probably unique amongst AIM investors, not many could psychology handle that, but for me it seemed and continues to seem like a one way bet. So to say that I don't think outside of the box or use my imagination does give me a good smile:) Anyway, wonder who is buying stock? | the count of monte_cristo
08/2/2022 12:25 | If you look at time of trades there was some big buys that are showing up now. ADVFN have them as sells unbelievable just puts investors off thinking people selling . | goforgold1
08/2/2022 12:20 | I think that`s a good suggestion. The differences are clear. To continue would be reminiscent of Gulliver`s travels where they were arguing about which end of a boiled egg to open We must wait for the drilling and the dealing to provide the answers and at that point it probably won`t matter what was said months before so saying it over and over now seems pointless. | arcadian
08/2/2022 11:59 | lurker5 - there is only one outcome here, which is an outright sale for EVERYTHING, no major will want just Racecourse and not Ascot or Footrot, it's childish to even think that:) It will be a sale for everything and it will be for big money. If you want to discuss alternatives that's up to you, but the reality is that it is pointless as you don't understand how the majors think. When they total everything up values will be ascribed to Ascot and Footrot as well as the other two licenses and they will then be packaged into one sale and it will all go. If you disagree then let's have this conversation at the end of the year and see who is right:)) A 44 billion pound company does not mess about with lose ends. Hear is the price, you either like it or XTR find someone else, be that a Freeport McMoran or a Rio. Probably too big now for a Sandfire:) | the count of monte_cristo

08/2/2022 10:56 | lurher5, I believe what CB has been saying to his shareholders, it's a simple strategy one which you seemingly cannot grasp and seem to believe won't happen and that you have better ideas than CB and want to concoct alternative strategies which nobody is interested in. We have all seen what CB did with KIW in 18 months, take it from nothing to a x10 sale to FQM, why on earth would we not want the same with AA?! But to be quite honest, I actually don't care what you say, I bought millions sub 1p on the back of my research. You don't have much to offer other than ideas which are always counter to what CB has been saying, seems like you seem to be the arrogant know-it-all type but actually you offer very little. We all stand to make a lot of money here if/when CB gets this sold, so please have confidence in him to deliver. If you don't like my posts then filter me. | the count of monte_cristo
08/2/2022 10:29 | The current progress of the XTR share price is reminiscent of the steady rise that happened during September and October where the share price almost doubled from 3.5p to 6p in around 2 months. Yes, TCofMC, I did intend to do a bit of background studying of PANR, but never got around to it. | papillon
