Been busy elsewhere as nothing happening here during the last part of December. Should have news released by mid January. As Milky says, deal on one acquisition done before Christmas. Expect a short suspension, when the time comes, followed by a re-rate to £1+. GLA

Are those 2 x 45k delayed trade today buys, they haven't caused a rise in the sp? If they are, then someone is buying stealthily. Same on the 27 Dec 2 x 42.5k at the offer price.

No idea but it must be a set number of checks to perform which could be more time consuming over Xmas and new year ...hopefully we get news next month.

Does anyone know how long due diligence take? It been over two weeks since the last rns came out. I suppose they can't rush it, as they may miss some detail about assets or what not, or they buy a dud company. Anyway a lot of patience is needed here.

Yep looks like a 50k rollover...a sell at 51 of 10k then a panic sell under of 30k...

Current limits are buy max of 15k at 54.5p....looks like some one scooped 35k shares at 52.5p into the close....

Strange activities on the 20 dec 2013, a lot of delayed transactions that are higher than the mid price, but share price dropped 5p. I suspect the panic selling of 30000 shares at 46p caused the big drop.

note despite the sells they are not really dropped the offer

Are you saying that they will intentionally raise the share price to £1 to do this deal? This could be an FTSE 350 company, but may not multi-bag much if they dilute the share price with big placings to fund the acquisition.

Go back to the early posts on this thread and you will see that IDS that XPL would be a serious multi bagger. Well this is imo just the start as the deal will be done at 100p moving XPL into the FTSE 350. XPL will again imo continue to multi bag....hence making XPL a continued STRONG BUY

"A shell company making its debut in London today is promising a hefty transaction before the year end to catapult it into the FTSE 350.
Xplorer, listed on the main market, not AIM, raised £1 million by selling shares to fund managers and the well-to-do at 16p each. That will pay for due diligence to be carried out on a deal.
