Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Xpediator (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders today.

The 2021 AGM will be hosted via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform at 11.00am on Tuesday 8 June 2021.

Shareholders wishing to join the AGM remotely and participate in the Q&A session should register with IMC at: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/xpediator-plc/register-investor

Shareholders who have already registered and requested to meet the Company will be automatically invited to the meeting.

Questions can be submitted pre-event through your IMC dashboard or at any time during the live presentation. Management may not be in a position to answer every question it receives but will address those it can while remaining within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.

As shareholders cannot attend in person, the Board encourages all shareholders to vote by submitting a proxy form in advance of the AGM. All proxy forms should be returned by post by 11.00am on 4 June 2021. Shareholders who hold their shares in the CREST system should lodge their votes electronically in the ordinary course.
