Exercise of Warrants

Xpediator (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 55,250 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options.

The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 July 2021.

Total voting rights

Application has been made for admission to trading on AIM of 55,250 New Shares. Admission of the New Shares on AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 8 July 2021, following which there will be in total 141,688,425 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in issue, each carrying equal voting rights.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Xpediator under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
