Exercise of options

Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Europe, announces that Geoff Gillo (non-executive director of the Company) and Alex Borrelli, (non-executive chairman of the Company), exercised options over a total of 625,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("New Shares") at an exercise price of 24 pence per share.

Following these exercises, Mr. Gillo holds 208,333 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.15 per cent. of the total issued share capital and Mr. Borrelli holds 436,667 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.32 per cent. of the total issued share capital.

Application has been made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8:00am on or around 22 May 2019.

Total Voting Rights

On Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will comprise 135,994,480 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 135,994,480 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
