Grant of Options
Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Europe, announces that the Company has granted nil cost options over a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Share Options"). 857,143 Share Options have been issued to Stephen Blyth (chief executive officer) and 642,857 Share Options to Stuart Howard (chief finance officer).
The exercise price of the Share Options is 70 pence, a premium of 60.9% to closing share price on 26 November 2018 and will vest as follows
