Fantastic update, £30m crazy valuation, now my biggest holding, placing at 30p shares now 20p with just under 7000 shares traded !!!!! And everything is fine and either better or as expected. This is a big animal in the making, kids of today want more than just a pub to go to !!!!!

Good update - pleased with this. Revenues from Ox St to kick in later. Inflation not impacting demand but costs though box economics being proven.

I have stopped to take a break & eat my sandwiches on this long road to £1.50. I do hope that bald chap gave me the correct directions.

Updates don't match the share price buy the fear. Always hard. Will look to reposition and add here.

red I doubt you will get a better entry point, the market is all about discounting the future. I think the future here is assured despite pressure on consumer spending. We will see. Good luck.

Boom booming with Oxford st and other sites to come .....those who want an experience aren't going to both with inflation and make cuts elsewhere - youngsters want a good time!!

Still not making profit in spite of the R&D credit and now a business facing recessionary pressures as interest rates bit in to the consumer. Would prefer to wait for a better entry point below this level.

I've bought on these results. This is a solid growth leisure business with two cloneable brands, BOOM and ESCAPE HUNT IMHO. I'm going for £15m EBITDA for next year, just over 2x, that is cheap.
It is a poor market at the moment but when a few savvy investors pick up on this all the loose stock will disappear.

A great RNS, plenty of cash and many sites being developed. Yes Inflation is reducing peoples disposable income generally but the younger generation are not so much affected. They can now get better paying jobs and still need to have some fun !!! Boom bars and Escape Hunt have what is required in spades IMHO. I think the shares are very undervalued.

Yes but a slower growth economy.

You need to factor in the growth, 7 BBB bars at end 2021, target is 27 end 2022.

Escape Hunt exceeded expectations with £2m site EBITDA for H2 21 (which was also impacted be Omnicron).

They have spent £10m on BBB, will have around £7m cash. So the Market is valuing Escape Hunt business at £18m for a £5m EBITDA business.

I can understand the weakness today (no forward guidance) but I think we'll start to see a recovery once the BBB numbers start to flow through.

From the acquisition RNS - The Acquisition is expected to be significantly earnings accretive and profitable in the first half of 2022

This has much further to fall as way over valued even at £35m and showing no profit . To support this level you would expect to see £3m of NET profit.
