I notice in the ebitda small print it included ‘aborted deal costs’. Certainly feels like takeover talks were fairly progressed last year. I see also ebitda for the 2nd half was c $6m, similar to H1 which had bigger revs.

Nothing too dramatic. Once the final acquisition payments have been made this year we must be a takeover target ahead of 25 state launches.

Was never too impressed with her. Suspect she knows the writing is on the wall & secured a position elsewhere ahead of a takeover … where finance function would go to purchaser existing team.
