John09 - It would be very hard to take XL out especially with Premier, i think BC and Catena will end up selling the non US assets in the next 12 months and focus massively on the US.

I am now looking forward to Stuart and his taking this to £1.50 in the next 24 months I have 100% confidence he will do it, i also recently added sadly it was not today.

Statement of intent from Better Collective with this acquisition, but it looks very expensive at 6x estimated FY21 revenues.

The sale was reportedly a competitive auction run by Moelis & Co with Draftkings, Fanduel and private equity all identified as potential buyers.

#XLM catching up on last week. XLM director options - CEO Stuart Simms needs the shares at 150p for 30 days to vest fully in 3 years. 120p sees no reward. Latest price 51p. 3 page meeting note last month.

Valuations here, at Reach and at Tremor are still all absurd given the prospect of outperformance in FY21 (and I'm still sitting on triple digit % gains across each of them!)

I still have an interest in xlm despite that doughnuts comment but as I said at 67p, 68p, the risk reward was and is way better at reach in the short term. The PE is 6

The significant investment they are referring to is in the low single digit millions in cash terms - might want to listen to the earnings call.

So no, no cash raise coming.

Wouldn't be disappointed to see low to mid-40s again to add aggressively. This is pure sell on news given that the share price had doubled since end of Feb and there were clearly a whole load of buyers chasing it higher last week.
