30/3/2018 09:05 | So where do we see this going short term? Are we really considering this 125 as a genuine possibility? | pazzuzu
30/3/2018 08:35 | Using the candlestick chart over the last 3 weeks the share price just looks tired. Just 2 green days that might get your hopes up but these are quickly killed off by the trading patterns of the following red days. Perhaps the movers and shakers have found other shares for the short term until some good news comes from XLM. Having raised the cash I see no real benefit in sitting on it unless you might be expecting a market correction in which case cash is king | acamas
30/3/2018 07:49 | Gargle - forget share buy back, it’s not going to happen. | busterdog2
30/3/2018 04:16 | I think the company should now consider splitting the cash raise between acquisitions and share buybacks, unless they can find a truly outstanding acq. If they did a share buyback, and subsequently need more cash the they can always arrange debt finance.Buying back their own stock makes sense here, especially as we know that management thinks the share price is low as evidenced by their share purchases. It would also put a floor under the price at worst and lead to a considerable re-rating in a best case scenario. | gargleblaster
29/3/2018 16:34 | Melf, I'll second that or even 10 green bottles | acamas
29/3/2018 16:33 | No Acamas, what I need is a nice green bottle with Carlsberg written on it :-#) | melf
29/3/2018 16:30 | In the past 13 trading days there have been 9 red candlesticks, 2 green and 2 no movements on the day. During this period the share price has drifted down. What we now need is a strong green candlestick that opens strongly and is chased higher during that trading day to bring out the bulls and give this share upward momentum | acamas
29/3/2018 15:55 | The huge recent cash raise at a price more than 20% higher looks prescient. With the recent tech market correction, there is no way that XLM will be paying what it would have done for acquisitions say a month ago. Good to have the cash raised at a much higher price and plenty of good quality bushiness now on sale with 25%-40% discounted price tags! | mount teide
29/3/2018 15:41 | i follow the these companies on my stock app on my phone: XL Kindred Mr Green Leo Vegas Betsson and Catena if you look at the charts for all of them they all look the bit downward momentum over the same time all gaming related or affiliates. | oneillshaun
29/3/2018 15:36 | Agreed shaun and busterdog - we would certainly not have been made aware of any potential acquisitions before completion. Cart before the horse and all that, quite apart from not wanting to let competitors know what the company was up to. There's evidently a determined seller or two out there, and I assume that's forcing others out via stop-losses etc. Patience as always is the long-term investor's best friend. | rivaldo
29/3/2018 15:34 | I don't understand why we wouldn't, iv been in shares where we have exactly had that, and rns informing us of ongoing talks regarding a buyout and then the inevitable rns stating it is a no go. Why is this different? | pazzuzu
29/3/2018 15:26 | We will only be notified on completion of any deal. We will not get a progress report on potential acquisitions. | busterdog2
29/3/2018 15:13 | If there was a deal on the cards we would have been made aware of it, and then made aware of it if it had fallen through. They just raised cash for the hell of it it seems. | pazzuzu
29/3/2018 15:11 | hatfullofsky - how would you know if they had any targets at the time of raising cash they might have had a big target and the deal fell through last minute. i just saw that GVC has completed its acquisition of Ladbrokes Coral guessing GVC will be looking for there next acquisition..... | oneillshaun
29/3/2018 14:56 | Raising money when the share price is high is very good business, less dilution for us and a bigger return for the company. We should of taken it as a warning especially if no near term targets were identified. I learnt a lesson. | hatfullofsky
29/3/2018 14:44 | Thought i would share this with you: hxxp://www.igamingbu | oneillshaun
29/3/2018 14:34 | I am so lost right now 16m shares purchased at 198p if i was one of those guys i would be adding right now and judging by the volumes these guys are not adding. If you have not been for the board buying i would guess right now we would be looking at sub 150p. | oneillshaun
29/3/2018 14:20 | You do not raise money to buy back shares that is not their game, What would they do if the shares fall even further ? | bc4
29/3/2018 14:05 | Well they could buy the shares they issued back a lot cheaper now although I don't think that would go down particularly well with the institutions :-) | melf
29/3/2018 13:53 | Looking at the chart the bulls are not buying so the share price is drifting. If there is no good news then it will drift some more. Lets see what happens after Easter | acamas
29/3/2018 13:37 | Yeah totally agree, I thought he did have something in mind, it appear he just though hell to it let's bank some money! | pazzuzu
29/3/2018 13:34 | To be honest the 31 million fund raise has spooked this share it was over 2 months ago surely it would have been better to have identified a target first then raise the money | bc4
29/3/2018 13:18 | Well there we have it. We are in the 150's, a hint of information to shareholders would have arrested this. | pazzuzu
29/3/2018 12:21 | Santangello - 125p is time that i start to get very worried and honestly i think we would be snapped up at that point by a 3rd party which would be sick. | oneillshaun
29/3/2018 12:05 | Well I hope 155/160p holds or we will look to be visiting the next level around 125p......but that just provides more to buy for long holders like me who will not panic. Listen to the company and not the short term price movements.....a sure way to win in the long term. | santangello |
