yes excellent and pbt and eps as expected. As Rivaldo says re Berenbeh, the cash is also well ahead of Cenkos forecast of £30.9m. If i deduct the small bank debt I make net cash some £10m higher than Cenkos forecast. Bottom line Net Assets £7m higher.

No-one was expecting an acquisition today as acquisitions are never timed to coincide with results - they have to be announced as soon as they are completed, as with every other major event.

Just be happy that the results are as good as they are :o))

The 3 US awquisitions were not reported on RNS - presumably becauseeach was too small.

Excellent results but I wonder whether the market was expecting more in terms of aquisition news.

Which acquisitions are these; I'm confused In addition, post period end, the Group has further enhanced its footprint in this area, having agreed to acquire three US focused personal finance websites, which will further increase the Group's foothold in the North American personal finance domain.

Terrific results. EBITDA and PBT are bang on Berenberg's expectations.

Interestingly, the $43.3m cash pile is WAY ahead of Berenberg's $30m forecast - and that's even before taking into account the January placing receipts.

Sector and geographic risk is reducing all the time, with finance looking particularly good.

The outlook statement is very bullish, and there's the promise of the "acquisition pipeline" to bring a further step-change in profitability.

Onwards and upwards.

Drop then rise later in day tends to be the current trend.
I hold only 10k shares but will add in the morning if i like results znd it drops.
Works well with lloyds and a few other shares i hold.
Looking for similiar in tap and safecharge as well.
Crossrider results tomorrow as well and my profit expectations ongoing are high there as well.

crossdalelfc, I dont recogise the numbers you are hoping for, but guess it depends on exchange rate used! I think Consensus for 2017 was PBT of $31.9m and EPS of just over 15c...so hopefully 11p rather than the nice round 10! Fingers crossed for the morning!

21st Nov saw a drop followed by rise to 223. I would like to see them nearing £22m profit or 10p a share - a nice round number! PER would be 20 at 200pA meaty acquisition would be welcomed

So what do we expect tomorrow? A great set of results - and the share price falls? Seems often to be the case especially when there is an up day before the results. Perhaps I am being too cynical - but I often believe that the action the day after the results is more significant.

Of course if it is a good day tomorrow, I will change my mind about everything I just said above!

Some nice buying going on now >190p, positioning for tomorrow.

Would not be surprised to see the results accompanied by an acquisition.

Unfortunately not going tomorrow rivaldo. I should be as this is a pretty big holding for me now. I believe the 2017 Forecasts (upgraded at end of November 17) are 15p underlying EPS and $30m closing Cash. Hopefully results will marginally higher. Even though the 2018 Forecasts look soft, I suspect it may be too early to see an Upgrade tomorrow. It will be interesting to see what they say (if anything!) on aquisitions.

Look forward to meeting you at some point rivaldo, as we have several shares in common! Presume you wil be at Mello Derby?
