Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce the impact of clothing on the planet, is pleased to announce the posting today of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

Copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website https://www.xerostech.com/investor/resultsandreports/ for the purposes of AIM Rule 26.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, Premier Place, 2 & A Half Devonshire Square, London, EC2M 4UJ on 26 July 2022 at 09.30 am.
