That is hell of a price target considering where it is... If this is based on nothing other than bad or malevolent intentions then this should be made aware to fsa. One does not put a price of half the current share price without sound reasoning?? Once again the city doing what it does best, acting with impunity and without legal recourse. Why Rob banks and commit silly crimes when u can legitimately steal millions with your feet up on the desk having a coffee.;

Jefferies don't seem too keen on XSG.

I suppose I have to post the bad with the good to keep things balanced!

Five days later than average the symmetrical triangle has finally broken out to the upside. Apex occurs Wednesday. I'm guessing that the effect of this will be late too.

"It's a win-win situation no matter how you look at it." - Steve Thompson, Director - Property Operations, Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City

MANCHESTER, NH--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2015) - Xeros, the innovator of an ultra-low water laundry system, announced today that it is helping five California-based businesses reduce water usage by up to 80% in their laundry operations. To put this in context, laundry operations in hotels represent 20% of their overall water usage. The California Althletic Club, Stanford Park Hotel, Quality Inn Petaluma, Fairfield Inn Sebastopol, and Hilton Universal are all using the Xeros® polymer bead laundry systems. Xeros has also signed eight pioneering commercial laundry equipment distributors in California. These pioneering flagship partners are now selling, installing and servicing Xeros' near-waterless laundry systems.

In addition to the significant water savings, California-based businesses may be eligible for financial incentives from Liberty Utilities and Pacific Gas and Electric Company subject to qualification criteria established by the utility company. The program awards financial incentives under the Federal Energy Management Program's Energy Incentive Program after specific pre-determined energy savings milestones are met.

The Xeros laundry system uses polymer bead technology to provide superior cleaning results as compared to conventional aqueous washing methods. By combining the beads' molecular structure with a proprietary detergent solution, dirt from soiled items is attracted and absorbed by the beads, producing cleaner results. The reusable beads have a lifespan of hundreds of washes before being collected and recycled for reintroduction into the polymer supply chain. The patented, award-winning system uses 80% less water, up to 50% less energy, and approximately 50% less detergent than traditional systems.

Quotes:

"The Xeros system is the exact type of solution that many businesses in California need, as it helps to significantly reduce water while improving our laundry cleaning capabilities. We are doing our part to meet the state's water restrictions, and we are actually able to improve our customer experience by providing cleaner linens. It's a win-win situation no matter how you look at it." - Steve Thompson, Director - Property Operations, Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City

"The drought situation has dramatically impacted every business owner in California, and we all have to come up with ways to significantly reduce our water consumption. We have installed the Xeros system, and it has enabled us to drastically cut the amount of water we use, while enhancing the quality of the laundered materials and extending the life of the linens. It's been the perfect solution for our challenging water situation." - Rick Leonard, executive director of The Capital Athletic Club

"Businesses in California are faced with unprecedented restrictions on their use of water, and it is imperative that we come up with ways to change the way we do business but without noticeably impacting our customers. The Xeros cleaning system is one of the few technologies that actually provide our customers with a better experience, while significantly cutting our water consumption. We're saving the environment, saving money, and making our customers happier." - Kirk Lok, President/CEO, LOK Group of Companies including Quality Inn in Petaluma, the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Sebastopol and the Quality Hotel Americana Nogales in Nogales, AZ

"There is tremendous interest from California-based businesses as well as other drought stricken areas in our water and energy saving laundry systems. Businesses that transition over to polymer bead cleaning immediately satisfy Governor Brown's water savings directive as well as gain Xeros' unique superior cleaning capabilities." - Jonathan Benjamin, President of Global Commercial Laundry, Xeros

Hi Melf, Yes, sorry I wasn't very clear. There are three basic offerings/markets,

1, Commercial
2, Domestic
3, Leather processing

So you think maybe they are discussing the manufacture of a Domestic Washer? Interesting.

I wonder if this visit could be either about the existing machine, and/or the leather processing side of things?

I'd much prefer the licensing option for Domestic.

Bamboo, as I understand it, one of the company's options is to license the technology to washing machine manufacturers and supply the beads themselves.

Melf, which market are you referring to?

Could simply be that the new pricing policy for commercial machines in the US, with its more conventional method of machine ownership, combined with the additional resellers, has lead to a substantial increase in demand?

Yes Bamboo, I guess that management are keeping their options open but I wonder if this points to the company initially going down the production route rather than licencing the technology to other manufacturers???
