The following notification made in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation relates to a transaction by Mr Tom Cross Brown, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities, who has purchased 2,890 ordinary shares pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer by the Company.
