Finals out by Thursday which again should show an increase in turnover to minimum 3.10m imo and profits on continued operations as already stated. Current mkt cap only 0.60m and imo with 14m shares in issue a fair valuation is around 20p (little less than full year turnover of 2.80m mkt cap). Already know that at the Interims the turnover was 2.10m.

Well done...good price of 5p for that kind of quantity as you've pointed out when 50K was 5.66p.


Obvious really, mm's keen to get rid of stock at mid price, no premium due on this one I'm afraid.

Company in trouble IMO, results out will shed some light on this.

With a pre-tax profit of £108,000 in 2007, followed by an interim profit of £187,000, I was expecting a positive year's outcome. But no. It seems that reorganisation has taken its toll. The costs incurred when a loss-making internet fire-risk business was sold, and in mothballing a biotech operation, appear to have overwhelmed profits

Finals out by next friday and imo should provide a swift re-rating to 20p (2.8m mkt cap at just below expected full year turnover). Interims turnover was 2.10m so should expect minimum 3.10 million (higher than last year) and profits on continued operations as stated already. Should also see imo positive outlook again as per last two years on the PES subsidary.
