I only have a small stake here but am not too worried about the competition from Sorrell for the simple fact of his age. Has he enough years left in him to get even close to being a threat to WPP? I don't think so.

They should have made him sign a non competition clause.
he has a significant holding in WPP so any damage he may cause them would reduce his own net worth.

Founder gets kicked out with huge compensation and no non-completion clause in a very complicated changing market
I got out last week at 1240 just above my cost for these reasons and am a happy bunny
