28/3/2008 10:53 | smithy hows things over at altertherm, not to good from what i am hearing, yes putting your money on the horses, well that goes for the whole market at the moment, but at least we have a man at the helm with a proven track record. what do you want to do with your CFD`s short or long bit risky to go short, you may pick up the odd point but not worth it. either way you will have to put up a deposit of 75 / 90 percent for all small caps. | windjammer
27/3/2008 22:15 | I think it depends on Bev's time of the month!! | coolmd
27/3/2008 21:34 | is smithy venlib ? | manonph
27/3/2008 16:46 | smithy hasnt a clue what he's talking about...Look at the companies available yes most are owner / directors but with the established ones the owners have a management structure in place for an early timed exit. Majority of the reputable companies in this industry are not run by therefore by the owners who to be honest are the only ones making any real money. But with the add back value of dividends, salaries, pensions these tight run ships are goldmines, these owner director companies are ideal takeover oportunities... | coolmd
27/3/2008 16:01 | Sorry no shares yet so no free ride yet. Yes there is cash in the bank 6mil max going down 1mil once earn outs paid. This is not enough to buy the size of Co Beart is looking for as they are all owner/directors. No value in those as he has already got three. Yes I agree subject to legal problems he will try and do something with the co. But this will not be by 14 April 08 and we should not entertain any opinion that is complete rubbish. The share should stay at this level until Sept 08ish when the six months accounts are due. | smithy23
27/3/2008 13:26 | smithy you are another ex employee or subby who thought you could get a free ride, grow up and get with the programe. start by reading the last statement, also remember with SB you are not dealing with someone who will be content to sit and do nothing . | windjammer
27/3/2008 13:00 | smithy23 there is cash in the bank read the releases | r1ngo
27/3/2008 12:11 | Fei:market cap approx £1 mil..but with 95 flats in developmeent..hardly any debt..about to go.. | kampy
26/3/2008 15:12 | News of acquisitions due. Word is in the market that SB is going to build this company up with a few takeovers of his own, and with the AGM due on April 14th it could be the news we are all waiting for? Expect this to rise in the next 2 weeks.. Could be the last day to buy sub 10p | coolmd
26/3/2008 14:46 | nick tick up for a change | asparks
20/3/2008 14:51 | Littlemadam It might, but i doubt it and so what if it does? It will be because the weak are being forced to leave. Like I said 2-3 months from now Beart will have updated us on his progress and I'm confident that he's confident that the share price will be plenty higher than what he has just paid. | atlanticbridge
20/3/2008 14:33 | littlemadam don`t get your hopes up, some how i don`t think that will happen. just watch will get proved wrong now | windjammer
20/3/2008 14:18 | we may soon be able to buy at less than SB paid | littlemadam
20/3/2008 13:55 | There has been one hell of a market shake so for all those that haven't needed to sell - good luck. I firmly believe this will be the place to be in 2-3 months. Reasons being: - Cash in bank - Breakeven soon - Management incentives put in place - Beart bought 8.1 - Beart in it for the long run and most importantly a new name! Have a good Easter | atlanticbridge
20/3/2008 13:02 | jackbal CFD`s going to get very expensive, soon asking for 75/ 90 % margin same on the spreads think comes into force with MF global on tuesday rest to follow | windjammer |
