why doesn't one of you ask SB what is going on? as shareholders you are entitled to know as I would not think it is price-sensitive.

Perhaps wn trading ltd is where wng will be parked, cleaned and sold. But either which way i don't think that wng is the main game anymore, maybe part of but not central.

Most recent news from an employee is Bedford office has just shut which is key as that was AS Nicholls & that wn will become a maintenance only company and will no longer do any supply/install of aircon

Smithy - I hadn't heard that one myself. I wouldn't have thought he'd be legally able to set up a Ltd. co outside of the plc and trade it as that would be in direct competition with the plc - worse if it was using the plc's resources but keeping the profit. So it would have to be a move towards the demise of wng plc as it is now. If it was to be just another subsid then it would be within the group under the plc but I can't see a reason for creating a subsid can you? It has the hallmarks of either an admin & pre-pack which is making ready to buy out the plc's assets etc. and/or some litigation avoidance. A long shot could be that a particular customer and/or supplier is shy of the plc & its litigation & other troubles, but they will trade with a separate legal entity for a specific contract (but again that still places it in direct competition with the plc).

its been a rough ride over at EEL this morning but i got me a few more for the bottom draw.

plenty happening over here, so this one will carry us through, but EEL will be the one where the million will be made, but which year is anybodys guess.

venlib - Beart and his mates have set up another company called wn (trading) ltd. It does not seem to come under the group tree.

Any idea why this might be?

Just been quoted 13.25p to top up with another 50,000. This one is now on the move. With talks of acquisitions with institutional backing and the rumour in the industry SB is interviewing now for someone experienced from the industry to take the helm and push this company forward on a day to day basis Wng could maybe hit those figures quicker than we think. Blue days all round now.
