I like to know what are the lies? Dazza selling shares while pumping. I agree about one thing, making threats can get you into big trouble so Dazza grow up and stop it. I am sure any judge would take your rants into account..

I thought the main idea here was to stop people trashing the thread. Darren has not said one sensible thing since he has been on here and now he is using threats as well, I will give it a miss until he is gone. At least on the other thread I can say what I think of him.

I'd second that Andy, do you think you could moderate Dazza from this thread, he contributes nothing useful ever. For my part i'll try to stick to the rules and only post if there is something to say and leave any banter out.

Otherwise we've just got two identical threads.

There is a one year time limit on libel type posts, TI has no such limit.

There was a famous case before on ADVFN, and the time limit was applied then by the High Court.

I'm surprised the team haven't started a libel action yet, because posts are timed out after a year so every day that goes by means more posts can no longer be considered.


Like the TI action, the longer it takes to initiate, the less people will believe it's really going to happen.
