Thanks apfindley I can hold my own he is just one of many lunatics that feel it is ok to take a pop at me I will have the last laugh my massive investment in PHE will be talked about for many years to come as I will be seen as one of the true investment visionaries with balls of steel? Perhaps only then will the likes of the Stig jaknife et al grovel and apologise for their derision ! But I don't care what they all say or think

Stig can you not read an RNS myclub is listing via a reverse takeover fact not fiction all worldlink shareholders were given myclub shares mine are held on my trading account and within my SIPP again fact not fiction I will have the choice to hold or sell when they convert to papillon shares probably early in the new year fact not fiction They will not even be on AIM but full market listing again fact not fiction I so hope you are short of worldlink shares as that would certainly have been your preferred position ? Then you will have to buy papillon shares to give back to the broker you nori weed the worldlink shares from Why does the fact that I own myclub shares make me a gullible muppet I will be able to recoup some losses from worldlink again fact not fiction When are you ever going to grow up and move on I admit I have made investment mistakes fact You on the other hand never admit to any trading errors it accept or listen to anybody else's alternative view to your own !

Hugo you will still have your myclub shares they will list soon as per today's announcement we will all be told what the number of papillon shares we will get for each myclub and when they list we will all have the option to sell and recoup some of our old worldlink investment !! Or hold on and see what the future holds

Could It be that Sleet didn't want this to be put to a trial by jury incase their verdict was at odds with his own?I refer you to a verdict earlier this year in the 'emc vs zerto' case, where Sleet found the jury's decision 'incomprehensible' but get was unable to fix the error in judgement.Did he not trust a jury to find the defendants in the Quest case not guilty, so instead used his powers to prevent it being put before a jury?

Yes but let's be honest, with the patent case defeat, they are not exactly exposed valuation wise. Probably no shorters anyway. Shorting from all time lows seems counter intuitive to me. I still don't understand your obsession with nefarious shorters on WGP, MTV and PHE. Feels like an excuse to divert attention from weak fundamentals.I've had an afternoon of "I told you so" messages. De ja vu. If we were going to lose, at least getting to the Trial would have saved me some face. Ah well, at least we know.

Hugo not exactly because my club shares will be trading after the reverse takeover irrespective of any outcome for the patent it's a separate business The old worldlink shareholders will still be entitled to their myclub shares and hyperthetical a shorter who sold them they will have to honour the borrowed shareholders his myclub shares That's granted if there were any shorts I don't know for sure if there were any but the trading activity of worldlink all those years ago gave the impression they were shorted We shall have to wait and see But no way any shorter is off the hook re myclub

This doesn't look good. Update on Pacer. Trial cancelled and seems to say the Judge has granted their motion. This is exactly what it says:"Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Gregory M.
