Only just realised that Workspace was admitted to the FTSE 250 on 24th Sept 2012.

Slightly mixed feelings about the bond - will raise the average cost of debt but does give more freedom to expand faster. I think we are on the way out of this recession, which has been fairly mild in London anyway, so best to get some capital in and working ready for the coming demand.
Overall, I think it is a good step - as for buying the bonds, I think that the shares are probably a better bet over the next 12 months or so.

holdings rns today puts blackrock at 14m shares indirect interest, or approx 10%....

but how could the stated previous figure of 68m shares be accurate, given that would equate to almost 50%. is that perhaps in 'old money' pre consolidation?
