03/2/2011 22:50 | increasingly thinking i should be trading in and out of WKP as the movements within the trend are so predictable unlike many shares. i had a hunch that it would top out short term at 26.5, and was proven right - i've got to re-learn how to trust these hunches. my hunch is that tomorrow we'll bounce upwards from 25 back to 25.75/26... | brando69
03/2/2011 13:07 | Yup Sun is out so I am in the garden today in my wellies... | stockadoodle
03/2/2011 12:28 | Colourful chart Stocka! WKP is looking a bit sick today - we need to talk about something else... | purplebox
03/2/2011 12:09 | General interest - an interview with a Market Maker. XCAP had an IPO last year so he's all smiles but interesting none the less. | purplebox
02/2/2011 18:35 | brando69 - 2 Feb'11 - 18:10 - 7165 of 7165 i am well overweight in wkp - feel it's safe, but will probably reduce holding if we stay too static over next two weeks Difficult to predict what this will do short term. Still - if your holding is overweight sit back and enjoy the divi :-). | purplebox

02/2/2011 17:40 | My guess is that we will get more 'meat' in the Finals due in June. We will get a revised NAV and I'm expecting the 10% increase in the interim dividend (0.275p - ExDiv 12th Jan - payable next week) to be maintained. Todays RNS was only an IMS after all. | purplebox
02/2/2011 17:25 | yeah, wld have been nice to see it hold over 26p today - but probably dragged down by those who wanted more spectacular figures bailing. | brando69
02/2/2011 17:25 | suprised at the red finish :-( | sleveen
02/2/2011 16:41 | Closed at 25.5p. Typical for WKP - good results, an initial upward spike, and then profit taking towards the close. Actually - todays IMS just underlines how well this company is managed :-). | purplebox
02/2/2011 08:59 | Solid statement.. still happy to hold. Q3 2012 is when my finger will get twitchy on this one as I have always said. | stockadoodle
02/2/2011 08:39 | Here we go. Up .75p already. Looking very much like a CAD type spike. | paulrosie23
02/2/2011 07:47 | Very solid RNS - nice to see the planned change of use to residential for some of their estates is progressing well. No updated NAV but that was as expected - the current figure is 28.0p with the next update due in the final results in June. Commenting on the performance, Harry Platt, Chief Executive said: "Trading has improved, with overall occupancy at its highest level since March 2008. We can capture relatively quickly the benefits from any strengthening in demand due to our active asset management and the flexible, short-term nature of our leases. We continue to focus on opportunities to grow the business and extract value from the current portfolio. There are exciting refurbishment programmes underway at three of our business centres and two further planning consents for alternative use schemes were received in the quarter". | purplebox
02/2/2011 07:43 | well, it won't be doing a CAD, but that IMS is more than confident. Nice | brando69
02/2/2011 07:40 | quite pleasing IMS. Should be blue today. | sleveen
01/2/2011 17:14 | IMS tomorrow eh... don't let us down pls WKP do a CAD | brando69
01/2/2011 15:37 | Stockadoodle - 1 Feb'11 - 15:35 - 7153 of 7153 Your both mad!!! LOL :-). | purplebox

01/2/2011 13:30 | brando69 - 1 Feb'11 - 13:25 - 7151 of 7151 Your 40,000 shares cost you a lot less than my 50,000! very much hope you are right sty seems a no-brainer. bwtfdik Yes - time will tell regarding the future of UNIQ. As for STY - it's an investment rather than a punt IMO. WKP doing well again today - Q3 IMS tomorrow... | purplebox

30/1/2011 12:33 | Stockadoodle - 28 Jan'11 - 17:45 - 7148 of 7149 Noooooooooooooooooo! brando69 - 28 Jan'11 - 18:30 - 7149 of 7149 i hope you end up laughing a lot more than i have after going down that road purple It's just a small punt - only 40,000 shares - but IMO the pension issue will be solved with the proposed debt for equity swap which will mean it's in nobodys interest for the company to fail. I'm willing to be quite patient here. There has been a fair bit of interest at 6.0p. Also back in STY since late last year - willing to be patient there as well. Q3 IMS for WKP due Wednesday - more good news I hope but I suspect that as normal it will come when the market is unsettled. A restatement of the NAV would be nice but I'm not expecting one. | purplebox

28/1/2011 17:45 | Noooooooooooooooooo! | stockadoodle
28/1/2011 17:35 | Closed at 25.75p - even. A good performance on a 'red' day. All the sectors mainline FTSE stocks were down so well done :-). But I've still got this feeling that the market its going to drop back over the next few weeks... ...anyway - if anybody wants' a laugh - I bought some UNIQ this morning! | purplebox |
