30/10/2009 12:33 | Lots of "theresearcher" alias's trying to pump this one ! | 21simthy
30/10/2009 10:03 | being offered .57 to sell. | olly2
29/10/2009 15:58 | we shall see | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:54 | Obvious who you are when you say my argument does not hold up when clearly it does and your does not. "highly undervalued" They are losing around 600-700k a year which is around their market cap and every year they have releases and "promising updates" but it does little to their bottom line" I see the links are starting to appear :-)) | 21simthy
29/10/2009 15:46 | your argument does not stand, why would list in the first place if they were so small. not so small look at the ivestment they got | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:36 | I know it's you william, spot you a mile off :-)) It costs 150k to have a listing so not sure what you are going on about. | 21simthy
29/10/2009 15:35 | that 150k you talked about is actually worth 1.6m. have a look yourself | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:29 | why its looking good International Sales Agent Carl Clifton of the Works Media Group stayed behind in Tokyo to try and leverage the sudden notoriety into theater distribution on the ground. Those talks are still in progress. Will report how they turn out, | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:19 | sorry you lost me there, like you said time will tell and am holding, goodluck | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:17 | Call me suspicious but you dont arf post similar to william "theresearcher" :-)) A broker would recommend these to you, i know brokers are useless but they cannot be that bad can they ? | 21simthy
29/10/2009 15:14 | 2 million buys yesterday and 83% increase suggests to me otherwise. my broker has recommended these to me, not done to badly form him before. he said things will start moving on soon. like you said time will tell | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:10 | Well lets see ! It's loss making and has been for a long time. It's promised before on film releases and they dont seem to make any difference year in year out as losses continue. They have 300k cash, not a lot and that could be eaten up with the cost of a listing. The spread is ridiculous and against you. Chance it could be delisted to save money. You posted it's highly undervalued, there's is nothing at all that sticks out to support your post ! | 21simthy
29/10/2009 15:07 | fair enough i dont agree with you at all. this for me is exciting this is why The Works International expects to see further growth in the latter half of 2009 as new titles such as "Beautiful Kate" begin their sales cycle at the Toronto Film Festival and the American Film Market. The relationship with Quickfire has developed and this is reflected in the acquisition of titles such as "Glorious 39","The Cove" and "Prima Linea". | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:05 | I know this company well enough along with Cfl ! Not the sector to be in, this company promises but always loses money and latest results show no difference. Nothing exciting for me to make them a buy and always delist risk in the background. | 21simthy
29/10/2009 15:04 | like you said you could say that for most small caps, they might aswell close aim and plus down according to you, love the logic maty keep it coming. | evobrad
29/10/2009 15:00 | As the company like many struggling smallcaps will do everything they can to save money there is no logic to being listed especially when their shares barely get traded all year and there's large holders of the stock so they will be all for saving money long term. | 21simthy
29/10/2009 14:55 | do not know were you got 150k figure from, look at previous rns's average chairman buys are about 1.5p thats nearly 1/2 million quid. also 400k as working capital | evobrad
29/10/2009 14:50 | can you justify delisting ststement 21simthy pls, if this going to occur would have happened last year. if your statement was true mm would allow you to buy as many shares as possible, not the case lucky to get 1k worth mm's dont want to sell you any. feedback appreciated | evobrad
29/10/2009 14:42 | Big danger of a delisting with this stock. I'm surprised it's not happened, 150k is a lot of money to a company like this. | 21simthy
29/10/2009 14:35 | posible buyout by chairman Costa Theo who owns 29% of the shares | evobrad
29/10/2009 14:09 | not many shares around MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS No. % Costa Theo 44,103,229 29.900 Domenico Procacci - Fandango SRL 14,355,937 9.733 Crispin Barker 33,705,000 22.850 92,164,166 62.483 | evobrad
29/10/2009 13:58 | CURRENT OUTLOOK AND FUTURE PROSPECTS Market conditions continue to be demanding for the Group. This has not been unexpected by the board, and we have continued to fight to preserve our position, mainly by continuing to look for opportunities to reduce Group overhead. The executives are continually looking for ways to expand the business into other areas. For example, Mick Southworth, the UK's managing director, has spearheaded a drive to become involved in films from script stage, and this has resulted in the impending production of the film "4321" which the Works UK will distribute in the UK. However, the most opportune way of increasing capacity at the Works is through a capital injection. The Works International expects to see further growth in the latter half of 2009 as new titles such as "Beautiful Kate" begin their sales cycle at the Toronto Film Festival and the American Film Market. The relationship with Quickfire has developed and this is reflected in the acquisition of titles such as "Glorious 39","The Cove" and "Prima Linea". There are good indications that the Group will emerge from the financial crisis in a better condition than it was before and will be in a position to capitalise on any opportunities which arise from the improved economic marketplace. | evobrad |
