Imho the seller will be finished sooner rather than later.
When that happens it will be hard to buy in any size.

Still on the sidelines! I think we can expect another announcement
on Monday of more director buying. Would like to know who is selling.

Firstly the 4 million was a sale, you cant go to a mm and buy in huge
size way below the bid, the other large trade of course was a buy because
the mm must have rang round to find buyers for the 4 million sale.

Maybe he simply likes he own company and when he gets paid or he is a bit
flush he likes to top up his large holding.

Agree with some of your points 8Trader.And it is a risk. But he will
have to stop buying before the 30%mark. Now I believe at least the 2
million on Friday was Crispen. If the 4 million was also, then that
will take him close to that mark.

He's been buying for stock for years and it keeps going down, there
seems to be a never ending supply of stock and that is why you see
punters getting hammered when they try and sell above NMS, there was
a sale at 1.5p when the bid was 2.5p, somebody with a big holding
wants out and that 4 million sale at 2p must be them dripping more.
Nothing against the company but there has been at least 20 false
dawns with the share price rising only to drop back again with stock
available below the mid price, watching though as i am interested in
this company after what Cfl did a few years back.

There is an outside chance as stated by fund1, that
a possible MBO(Management buy out)could be on the cards.
Especially if Crispin picked up that 6million on Friday.
I believe if he gets to 30% he as to state his intentions.

about,as you can buy well within the spread. But as soon as
the seller is finished this should move north quite fast.

Must agree HC, with buys like that coming in certainly looks as if something could be 'cooking''. Do you have any other info on these as, I will over the w/end, do some more research on these and see what I can find.


I do however note, and it may be no coincidence here, that their 'year end' results are due to be reported on 31st December 2007. Interesting.

Would be a bit moodey tho tho make an offer there - Costa Theo and Crispin wouyld be working in concert and not announced it imo.

I think I'll call the company on Monday or the FSA - if this amount of shares keep being bought the seller should be announced on RNS - I'm sure they are not picking all these shares up in the general market from different sellers.

Its bizarre. Directors buying every day. Another 6 million in two trades today. Yet the price moves down and is now not far from the cash holding. Either something funny is going on and we will get an offer at about 3.5p or the company has turned the corner.

Well if you look at the top riser today up 62%
on director buying all £1000 worth. On tht basis
this should be flying LOL.

If he did pick that 4m up then could a mbo be on the cards?
