Brilliant posting Mudbath. It so obvious to you, that you find it difficult to understand how others are not able to see it. A minor point TDW are showing a trade as a buy at 1526 today. 43,000 at 12.90p. As all previous buys are 13.25 to 14p it must be a mistake?

ALL the excitement lies ahead battlebus. It just depends on how many investors wish to take their seats early as to whether much more short term progess in the share price might be achievable. It was always my view that 13-15 pence would be the first leg, whilst WSI identifies just how significant will be the potential revenues from OnLine and TFM etc that may accrue in 2011 and beyond.
In a market place worth £200 million, said to be growing at 30% per annum, with (at least)TWO world leading solutions,we PIs'can only speculate as to the scale of future income streams.
Over the next two years,my view is that revenues will rise by between £4-£10million,generating net profit and cash of between £3.5million and £8.5million per annum.Quite possibly these levels might be seriously underestimating WSI's game plan.
On the basis that these projections are moderately well based then my 30pence 12 month target should prove modest indeed, with their being a significant opportunity for the shares to be nearer £1.00 on an 18 month timescale.
Looking at the company history, early recommencement of DIVIDEND payments would also be high on their agenda.
WSI,a share then to buy/hold in the short medium term, with every chance of investors experiencing very significant and continuing, capital growth.(imo)

Thanks tovele.
It was rarther who alerted me to WSI's potential about 12 months ago.
Since then I could not have written a better script.
20 pence might well be achieved sooner than we think.
Should WSI start to book really serious levels of recurring revenues(as seems likely) then anything sub 30 pence should eventually look something of a bargain.

I S RESEARCH who,in their investment note published in July this year, revealed far more about WSI than WorkPlace itelf has so far chosen to announce, and made the following comment:-

"..it is becoming increasingly clear that WorkPlace OnLine is a potential game changer for WorkPlace. In a very short space of time since its launch,WorkPlace OnLine has secured the bluest of blue chip customers AND LOOKS POISED TO SIGN FURTHER MAJOR CUSTOMERS over the coming months."

Prepare for take off !!

Not forgetting TFM, broomsticks.
"Fascinating",sums up the current situation from a PIs' perspective.
Exciting and potentially hugely rewarding, probably covers matters for ALL concerned with WorkPlace;from customers, staff, directorate and of course our good selves.

A planned timing of entry like this is just what a company like Workplace Systems International is designed to do. Everything is about timing, it's fascinating, to me anyway.

The entry into SaaS in the US is where Infor will prove its worth in the implementation of CRM, HCM and WFM.

Deployment of SaaS in WFM is reported to be growing at an annual rate of 30%.
Not bad timing then for WSI to have not one but two relevant world leading products.

"For HR professionals, the solutions will makes it easier to quickly deploy a workforce management system that automates complex labor polices and business rules, and manages compliance with labor regulations and union contracts.

With the majority of day-to-day tasks being automated, an HR organization will be able to focus on strategic HR issues and initiatives.

In the present economic scenario, most organizations do not have the capital expenditure budget for consulting services that are typically necessary the purchase of a workforce management system. Since SaaS is sold as a subscription with low monthly payments, organizations will be able to get the system they need quickly."

One of the nibbles was for my Grandson [2yo] I hope he will be pleased. TDW took ages to buy £1400 worth. The MM were only quoting 5000 to buy at the price 10.5p

I see that, this morning, there have been a couple of nibbles at the shares. What interests me about this company is the 'marriage' of sport and technology. It is not surprising as both are based around time and speed.
Tick tock.

WSI could well scale a new high by the end of today.
Interims are approaching and it would not take much embellishment of the positive aspects of their recent update to alert the wider market to WorkPlace's undoubted potential for generating recurring revenues on an altogether higher plain.

And off topic;prepare for higher short term interest rates spoiling the party.

"There's surely an unwritten message for policymakers too, whose interference with natural market mechanisms (on the basis of flawed economic models and in the belief that they can control things) has set the stage for the re-emergence of bubble dynamics in commodities and emerging markets, as well as, arguably, bonds. As the policy response to the bursting of the internet mania showed (low interest rates then caused the much larger housing bubble), intervention can produce far more damaging after-effects than those threatened by the original problem. Central bankers now face the unenviable prospect of having to raise rates to contain inflation pressures, even while the financial system remains fundamentally unstable."

And thanks to broomsticks my knowledge base has been improved.

"Scientific management was a theory of management that analyzed and synthesized workflows. Its main objective was improving economic efficiency, especially labor productivity. The core ideas of the theory were developed by Frederick Winslow Taylor in the 1880s and 1890s.
Scientific management is often called Taylorism; the terms are often considered synonymous. A discerning view considers Taylorism as the first form of scientific management, which was followed by new iterations. Taylor's own early names for his approach included "shop management" and "process management".
In management literature today, the greatest use of the term "scientific management" is with reference to the work of Taylor and his disciples in contrast to newer, improved iterations of efficiency-seeking methods. In political and sociological terms, Taylorism can be seen as the division of labor pushed to its logical extreme, with a consequent de-skilling of the worker and dehumanisation of the workplace. Taylorism is often mentioned along with Fordism, because it was closely associated with mass production methods in factories, which was its earliest application. Today, task-oriented optimization of work tasks is nearly ubiquitous in industry. The theory behind it has evolved greatly since Taylor's day, reducing the ill effects, although in the wrong hands it is sometimes implemented poorly even now."
