03/10/2016 21:20 | Will some people have been in possession of that unpublished information during trading hours? And the same for tomorrow's trading. Does that pose a regulatory issue ? | coolen
03/10/2016 21:16 | I've complained by email - suggest you do as well. We have had far too much of this sloppy accident prone RNS issuing at LFI and WSE. Its just not good enough for a company that employs City Group to do this for them at a top price. | topvest
03/10/2016 21:08 | Nope they have forgotten to mention it at LFI as well. They are bloody hopeless. They put out another RNS on LFI but appear to have forgotten to on WSE. They seem to struggle to put out an RNS which explains both the NAV and the dividend. These are the two most important bits of information. Surely City Group can sort out something so basic - its just pathetic! | topvest
03/10/2016 19:36 | Any mention of final dividend in these final results ? | coolen
03/10/2016 10:34 | ..well...results are out...yawnnnn.. NAV at end June at just below 80p...I think a minor increase since then due to SWL rise So ..NAV now (yesterday) of about 84p imho Price to sell of 45p is low % wrt NAV imho. | smithie6
02/10/2016 10:00 | Bilby is very volatile. Thought Soros was buying SWL; I would have sold more. NBI may have bounced from the depths. No news on Tudor Rose. I will get my calc out @ 30th Sept. | russman
28/9/2016 23:17 | Which brings us back to Mr Smithie's good question. | coolen
28/9/2016 20:31 | Sensible given the strength of both. A smart move. | topvest
26/9/2016 12:50 | anyone got an estimate of the current NAV ? including the run up in price of SWL shares | smithie6
01/8/2016 22:48 | Good spot Topvest, re the increased Gresham House stake in NBI. In addition, there is a further (albeit tenuous) link between Western Selection and Gresham House via WSE's recent purchase of Bilby shares. Don't ask me what it may, or may not, lead to. But even the remote prospect of additional respected parties working with WSE is to be welcome. | coolen
01/8/2016 12:16 | Well Gresham House increased ahead of today's profit warning, so they are not alone in spotting value. Question mark is whether it's value or a value trap. Personally, I'm thinking of entering NBI again, but think it's still a bit early. Will now await the interim results. | topvest
01/8/2016 09:42 | I hope Mr Marshall knows what he is doing at NBI. Maybe a longer term view. | russman
11/7/2016 20:23 | Yep doing well. Hartim has changed its name to Tudor Rose International Limited and Tudor Rose International limited to TRI2015 Limited. All a bit odd. Company web-site is being re-developed. No 2015 accounts yet. | topvest
11/7/2016 10:13 | SWL seems to be on a roll. Any news on Hartim? I have no interest in ICH. | russman
22/6/2016 08:25 | No its a private company spun out of Creston about a decade ago and has one potentially valuable piece of land without residential planning permission near Glasgow. | topvest
21/6/2016 22:25 | Apologies for ignorance: is this ICH quoted on any exchange ? | coolen
21/6/2016 20:38 | I'm ignoring it! | topvest
21/6/2016 09:58 | Anyone else considering the ICH rights offer ? Not permission to build in last 16 yrs nor in 5 yr plan.....not the council is not in favour.... Waste of new money or might it happen in future ? | smithie6
07/6/2016 18:56 | We are still no nearer to extracting value from WSE. | russman
06/6/2016 09:47 | SWL is now 23p/share NAV in Western. (Got 2M shares now) About half of mkt price of Western. About time Western share price rose imo | smithie6
06/6/2016 09:45 | Very true. They screwed up not selling more. As you I dont like them sitting on boards; if they hadnt been on bod then phps colder analysis & easier to have sold all NBI. ---- SWL price jump today adds 3p/share to Western NAV. Significant. | smithie6
27/5/2016 09:37 | Once upon a time so was NBI. | russman
15/5/2016 21:13 | ...Western stake in Bilby now worth 3.8M Or 21p/ Western share. Big % of Western share price. | smithie6
21/4/2016 19:06 | Sometimes you need to retire gracefully. As opposed to falling off your perch. | russman |
