Schroder UK Public Private Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday 29 November 2022 it purchased 200,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 15.75 pence per share, to be cancelled.

Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 904,494,238 ordinary shares of 1p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 904,494,238.
