WPCT falls to 41p in early trading this morning. Could this be the week it falls below 40p?"

Kier is also have a good day today. WEIF may be in the relegation position over 5years/3years/1year/1month, but over the last two days its probably top.

EJ - the NAV of WPCT fell yesterday to 79-point-something. Rise in its MCap? I'm puzzled.

Yes I am a comedian.
My friends all laughed at me when I said I was going to be a comedian.
but they are not laughing now.

how quiet this thread goes when WPCT rises by 6%.

maybe NW is a genius after all, just a brief spell in the wilderness that now seems to be over.

up 5%.
Any particular reason?

'official' daily quote of net assets below 80p today.

Daffy,

Exactly, and Burford now around the £8 mark so a decent 'gain' after the huge recent loss. If NW increased at the bottom it would be seen as a masterstroke of course! I'm not suggesting he did of course.

I expect MW to issue another attack after reading the rebuttal, and that may be why BUR is still 50% down from the recent price.

bisiboy - WEIF is only repriced once a day, at noon. The big spike in Burford's share price yesterday came in the afternoon, after their RNS, so won't be reflected in WEIF's price till today at noon.

suprised the that weif is lower again today given the rise in burford yesterday.
i hope he didn't sell all of the holding at rock bottom price.

@Solomon - nobody should still have been in WEIF when it gated. Nobody should still be in IFF now. However - they clearly are (tho not seen latest size for it?), so I think even WEIF would have say a residual half a billion left in it for Woody to mis-manage.

Not sure the fees on it would be enough to keep him in the style to which he has become accustomed tho.

I wonder how the liquidity of WIFF is doing. WIFF's chart is not looking good and all the Woodford media comments are negative. Who would be happy to stay in WIFF?

Unlisteds sale out of WEIF is when 30p goes IMO. Alternatively, when a new manager comes in.

Lol @RCT. The list is certainly getting longer (tho to be fair to BUR, allegations are as yet unproven).

Northwest Bio perhaps the best, but AA, CIR, KIE, CPI, PFG, RM2..... That list far from exhaustive. BUR more in the ALM/PURP camp - went high, didn't sell.

Exhausting if you're a WEIF holder tho. Who can't even sell out. And is still paying Woody.
