Based on some of the drivel you post on this thread LK you're a man who seems to like his compliance. I do hope you've filled in the appropriate paperwork for you getting owned by Pete Bane as of today!

You are taking one hell of a beating, liquid. And you keep on coming back for more.

Isn't it time to take a rest...a long one...say five years? THAT would be the proper time to judge these shares. Not on hourly changes.

Here’s what Liquid Bowels said:

"LiquidKid - 29 Feb 2016 - 14:11:18 - 752 of 804
bash-a-moron day today! Price now officially discounting below NAV. No more soup for you Mr WarOnFud."

Since then the share has risen 15%. LB and his know-nothing cohorts have unilaterally designated this a short-horizon share. But they couldn’t get it right even in that time frame!

I think a little moron-bashing i.e. LB-bashing, is definitely in order. LOL.

FYI - here's the industry info from the UKIA.

-----------------------------
"INVESTMENT INDUSTRY LAUNCHES PRODUCTIVITY ACTION PLAN TO BOOST BRITISH ECONOMY AND END SHORT-TERMISM

SUMMARY ACTION PLAN
1 ENHANCE COMPANY REPORTING FOR EFFICIENT CAPITAL ALLOCATION
ACTIONS:
- Issue a Public Position Statement calling for listed companies to cease reporting quarterly and refocus reporting on a broader range of strategic issues."
-------------------------------

I'll stop there the rest is utter garbage.
This is a conspiracy level of idiocracy
The humour is in 'The Capital Cycle' graphic UK Citizens are positioned at the top.

It was previously a requirement under the EU Transparency Directive and the FCA Handbook to issue interim management statements which in common parlance referred to as 'quarterly reporting.'

If Woofwoof is behind this I'm gonna puke.

"In line with market practice for companies with a Premium Listing on the London Stock Exchange XYZ plc Announces that it will no longer be releasing Q1 or Q3 trading updates. This move reflects recent recommendations from the UK Investment Association aimed at encouraging long term investment practice."

Who are the UK Investment Association?
THE bunch of frigging fund managers.
We have around 200 full members, including: investment management groups; the investment management arms of; managers of occupational pension schemes etc.

So the UKIA want the "premium" LSE companies to go dark for most of the year
just like the old times before the internet. Shouldn't a PREMIUM londonstockexchange listing be REQUIRED to release quarterly updates???

From the LSE
"A Premium Listing means the company is EXPECTED to meet the UK’s highest standards of regulation and corporate governance – and as a consequence may enjoy a lower cost of capital through greater TRANSPARENCY and through building investor confidence."

Bash head against brick wall.
I'm telling ya it's the end of days for the punters.

"joins, drops out of and then rejoins ftse 100"

Doesn't work like that. the FTSE indices are re-balanced every 3 months - not continuously.

Joins and drops out of the FTSE 100, wtf?

LK will blame Woodford for anything and everything, hysterical and irrational are two of his better qualities.

LK: But hard to blame NW when it's the big institutional buyers who just keep messing so crazily with the share price ! They really look like manic-depressives. More seriously, I think there is a "trigger" factor - ie when this fund joins, drops out of and then rejoins ftse 100 (?) the tracking funds are obliged to buy and sell .. thus exacerbating the share price moves.
