NOVEMBER 2024 TRAFFIC AND CO2 STATISTICS
POSITIVE LOAD FACTOR AND EMISSION TRENDS

Geneva, 3 December 2024: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), one of the most sustainable European airlines, announces passenger and CO2 emission statistics for November 2024.
Wizz Air carried 4.84 million passengers during the month of November, a 1.7% increase year on year. Seat capacity was down 1.7% YoY, resulting in a load factor of 91.5%, up 3.1ppts on last year's load factor of 88.4%.
During the month:
- Positive yield environment and booking profile seen in November and into December.
- On November 5th, Wizz Air was awarded EMEA's Environmental Sustainability Airline Group for 2024 at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit & Sustainability Awards. This was the third consecutive year that the airline has received a sustainability award at this annual event.
- At the end of the month, Wizz Air celebrated that it had carried its 100 millionth passenger through its UK network.
- Wizz Air, as one of the leading airlines in terms of lower emissions per passenger, was pleased to report a return to declining CO2 emissions per RPK, down 2.2% YoY, to 51.5 grammes.
