Issue of Equity

On 2 March 2021, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 58,178,831 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 7,765,169 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 2 March 2021 at a price of 552.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
