Surprised no recent comment on here given the 30% share price increase since May, big new BAe contract win, Questor buy in Telegraph etc. Now sensible use of reduced debt funding to buyback options - on a PER of 9x, this is value adding.

I might add that the forecasts are expecting a return to dividend payments this year. I think the use of a bit of cash for the option buyback reinforces the likelihood of this IMHO.

I've been buying CMS over the past couple of weeks.

Positive trading update on 7th July with interim results to be announced on the 30th.

"The Group is pleased to report that the encouraging start to the year reported at the AGM has continued, with trading in the first half meeting the Board's expectations, on a constant currency basis, and net debt as anticipated.

Business development activity remains high, with a solid pipeline of opportunities. Communisis has extended its contract with EE for a further two years, embarked on pilot activity with new clients within the consumer goods sector, and has established its first offices in Eastern Europe."

Chart looking promising.
