The seller is done,but i don't think the buyer is.There would appear to be something going on here,but that's hardly a surprise in view of the takeover approaches they have rebuffed over the last couple of years.

viper been watching that seller on here for a bit, the shares are being mopped up and hopefully when they are finished the share price will resume to a more respectable level

Maybe private investors should do a bit of research on ISIS EP because looking at their website they are not the usual kind of investors.

They seem to do managment buyouts etc.Infact,unless my research is not thorough enough,they dont appear to buy shares in listed companies as investments in the sense of holding shares as an investment.They appear to be a company with an active approach.

Interesting developments, they keep buying, i take it Henderson
are the seller, i've made a mistake before with holding stocks
in this company so maybe somebody else can confirm although it
looks fairly obvious in a stock that has virtually no pi trade
that one institution is buying and one has to be selling.

Well it's weak on online limits at the moment.

Cant sell 5k online, can buy 10k at 48p mid price and can buy
25k at 52p.

i do 8 and it smacks of value to me - i reckon £1 knock out (NRI)
what is so odd is that directors just wont buy and who is the seller ?

I agree, i think there is value in double the price but nobody
will take notice of anything i write on advfn so take it with
a pinch of salt, i dont even hold any Wnn but watching closely
for signs of life.

Reckon there might be a takeover approach again as the price is
a third of the price since it jumped on the last approach.

hmmm, isis constantly buying available stock from an obvious seller, shouldnt move price north but could hold it here for a while.....last agm statment was ok, & mkt cap just a tad over 4.5m.
maybe there is some mileage in looking at this in greater detail ?

I would say they are all cross trades so there is a buyer picking
up stock from a stake large seller.

Another couple of blocks just now, definately worth watching for
signs of blue as i think it might have a good run.

Can buy for 48p online you see so stock is available.

biggest 4 sales i've seen in a while have printed this pm (totalling £54,000 worth of stock). distressed seller or what ? house broker would appear to be buying it as they are on the bid. wonder if they have a buyer for it ? this sell volume must be responsible for our inability to make any headway at all despite general market strength - yawn.

hhmm. drip drip, falling on essentially a buyer's strike it seems. have to say, if this is the cheap value play i hope it is (!), not a director deal in sight. i retain the faith but am peeved temporarily. dont think the FD has a share.

Part of yesterdays trades. Expect a couple more RNS's in next day or so. I'm "assuming" it's the end of some lock down clause on one of the purchases.

AXA have increased their holding by 4.76 % from what I can see. Now own 20.93 % of the company.

With a strong wind behind them and on a risk reward basis i have high hopes of turning a profit with WINplc. No advice intended, just rambling .

VV - interesting update, everything on course as opposed to ahead of expectations. Good to see they are taking on sales people again but what is really needed is proven growth as opposed to replacement activity which is where they have been almost since listing. Not sure how much they have spent in aggregate on acquisitions to date but they have yet to prove their worth in terms of bottom line.
