Confirmation of Board and Committee changes
William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms, further to the announcements on 20 December 2017 and 1 February 2018, that Gareth Davis, Chairman stepped down from the Board on 2 April 2018 and that Roger Devlin has been appointed Chairman with effect from 2 April. Gareth Davis was also chair of the Nomination Committee and Roger Devlin has also assumed this role with effect from 2 April.
The Board periodically reviews the composition of its Board committees. It is confirmed, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3), that the Board has approved changes to the non-executive composition of certain of its committees with effect from 2 April 2018, as follows:
