Yep that should price in the fobt regulation and would be a very good investment at that price

Arena Racing announcement looks interesting. They have taken on the broadcasting rights for a stack of Greyhound stadiums as I understand it. Therefore Ladbrokes/Coral will have a load of doggies also missing along with various racetracks? Should drive yet more punters into William Hill shops? Any thoughts...

Correct Rbonnier. Its impossible to model revenues and profitability of shops until the FOBT trennial review outcome is known. Currently £100 a spin and some suggestions going as low as £2 a spin.

A bid is very likely imoNot sustainable - they need a deal

I cant see any bid being made for William Hill until after the Triennial Review which has been postponed until the Autumn.

That is why 888 is flying.

GVC were also in the frame at one point

The government still need the tax to spend on schools and hospitals given they are falling over at the moment

The gov gambling review on fobt might have leaked maybe there is going to be no regulation.Cant see the share price taking off like this if the gov were about to announce £2 max a spin .I sold out on the back of the fobt scare mongering so the rise is a bit annoying but as always the share price takes off after you've bailed out for a small loss ...such is life .

There is really something going on - the results from 888 and GVC this week show that growth is still there.

Good to see a bit of a bounce; maybe there is still a deal to be done somewhere out there!! Maybe wishful thinking I know but it looks set for £3+ IMHO

The future for high street betting shops is bleak !!

How William hill must wish it had done a deal with 888 .These shares could actually collapse !!

Another internal appointment for CEO. Will this board never learn?

Biggest destroyers of wealth in the gaming sector now.

I bailed out, took a loss, doesn't feel like that fobt review is priced in, I'm gonna sit this one out
