As far as I'm aware right issue went exactly to plan. A handful of shareholders took up their options. Then directors and cronies couldn't wait to snap up and pay full price for the remaining $2.4m worth!!No closed period for share so they were quite in their right to buy them even thought they may have been fully aware of pending acquisition. All good news when the directors pump 7 figure sums in themselves.

Colin there wasa 5 for 1(!) rights issue AFTER consolidation.

The Company completed a 1 for 30 consolidation of capital ('Consolidation') as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 25 November 2014, reducing the number of shares on issue to 13.6 million.

From what I can see, almost 91million shares in issue, or just about to be in issue. So, marketcap at 6.5p looks to be just under £6mln (fully diluted). But they also have some AU$3.6mln of cash.

There are 90,802,596 shares in issue. At 19 March Co said it had about A$3.6m cash in the bank.

This has fallen a long way. Management just burned money on previous projects where there clearly was little prospect of monitising - despite their puffed up promises.

It'll probably end up the same soon again. They couldn't get the recent rights awway cleanly.

I'm here a while and need about 90p to break even. Will it happen? Will Nigel be next PM? Probably not.

Don't understand how in today's world they can suspend in one part of the world and not another.

the bargain it first appears as.

Positve outlook in financial statement released today. Issue looks to be fully subscribed and $3.6m in the bank. Looking for new projects, I wouldn't be surprised if they've already got one in the bag. They just need to issues the shares over the next couple of weeks, clear the funds and go shopping :-)

We still have the licenses which could come come into play
if Putin plays his only hand of cutting off oil and gas
supplies to EU, particularly Germany - there are few options

i would check out what the BOD did to existing shareholders in the last 5 years if I were you. Completedly shafted us all and squandered millions on sod all as it turns out. In China I dare say they would have been arrested and well who knows what....

Only one left on offer at 3.5p next offer 4p

Not too fussed on the daily movements. Im in for the medium term waiting on news from U.S. Hungary or possible diversification into another licence.

Such a tiny market cap with massive prospects with current licence in U.S. and £2m in the bank to buy into additional opportunities.

Currently a very low cash burn and no debt.

Will try not to watch this share for a bit and come back to it in a few months.

nice to see directors putting substantial sums into buying up shares.
One purchase as big as the current market cap.

Once the issue shares go live the Market cap will remain around £2m if the share price holds at 3p

Given how much of their own money they are ploughing in, the directors must have something up their sleeve, there is now way they could have picked up this many shares at this price in the open market and buying up shares from an issue and on terms announced months ago means they are not restricted in taking their entitlement even if they know what deals are in the pipeline so no closed period.

News could come anytime.
