08/10/2018 16:40 | suspension next imo | pictureframe
08/10/2018 15:35 | My 2.5p shares looking like a P.O.S - luckily i managed to sell most - - -at a 50% loss! - | tomboyb
03/10/2018 23:35 | Longsharks problem is all this takes time and the more fighting the longer it takes to sort let alone replace people and get them upto speed to run the buisness . For that reason I see this dying a slow painful messy death now and will never see the light of day as a business . Good luck to you but I think your being a tad naive . Jennings certainly isn't the saviour imo | bones698
03/10/2018 19:38 | Just checked the shareholder register. Directors only account for approx 16% of equity.I think they are in trouble. | longshanks
03/10/2018 18:19 | As to the current price, people get fixated on alleged machinations by market makers. Notions about such manipulation though are largely codswallop because market making activity is highly regulated. The manipulators and there will be some, both on the buy and sell side, will actually be the traders looking to take advantage of a low market-cap, illiquid stock. At the current price, this could easily spike above 2p or dip below 0.5p on news. As to the long term decline, there isn't much further this could drop without a share consolidation, so I am not too bothered. | longshanks
03/10/2018 16:26 | Looks like MMS will lock people in now who bought in the drop as I suspected . This only looks to be heading lower given the infighting and need for cash . The new fund raising will go through even though Jennings doesn't want it too as the major holders have enough to get it through imo . That will signal the shares getting shorted lower and the death spiral as spoke about . This looks like a bit of a scam in the end and suggest people get out imo | bones698
02/10/2018 10:37 | The key problem is that directors have lent 10 million shares to the laughably called "investor" with which to short the shares!!It is in their interests to get the share price as low as possible so will be selling into the market in response to any demand.Align have already bought 2m shares to get a notifiable stake. I suspect they are garnering forces to pitch a battle for control before buying more.Likely to get interesting in the next couple of weeks. | longshanks
02/10/2018 09:28 | 0.60p to sell - I would of thought after all those buys there would be a bit of a bounce - I still have a tiny amount left from 2.5p - P.O.S - | tomboyb
28/9/2018 22:11 | No, main market! | turbotrader2
28/9/2018 16:22 | The way it acted yesterday thought it was AIM | bckttsim

28/9/2018 13:17 | 100 buy sign ....... | bckttsim
28/9/2018 07:56 | Aim Gravy train nothing more. | pictureframe
27/9/2018 21:48 | If Jaoa really believed in the business he would take shares in lieu of salary | nico115
27/9/2018 21:03 | The writing was on the wall earlier this year when they gave no idea to s/holdrs they needed a capital raise, until the FCA suspended the shares pending their annual accounts not been issued due to their financial position Glad this dog is going to the wall it seems & the death spiral, cost me a few quid this when I put £13k into it at 13p - managed to get out at 5.5p another clue is the BoD taking a ridiculous salary & not exchanging that for shares, says it all really, fundingf their lifestyle with AIM high salaries. They sold us a good story last year, but were 3 years away from making any funds. Plus never told s/holders what their cash burn was before they made any profit Far too early stage investment | euclid5
27/9/2018 19:38 | He spoke with one of my mates saying all-was good also , how does he sleep at night | petebarnes1
27/9/2018 19:15 | Think this one can be consigned to the bin tbh those that jumped onboard today be warned I don't see it easy from here at all and will be some time before anything good happens here . Better places for a gamble with better odds imo | bones698
27/9/2018 18:11 | The bod haven't even taken shares in lieu of their salaries to help us out They promised we would survive a year ..he even wanted lunch with me to tell me how everything was great and 2 months later we are bustI would rather we go bust than Jaoa take a salary | nico115
27/9/2018 16:34 | Had dealings with Jennings before not the best thing him getting involved but compared to the deal announced neither look promising . Until I see a big jump in sales I wouldn't touch this as without sales this will die very quickly no matter how much funding they get | bones698
27/9/2018 15:55 | Anyone emailed Align - ? Hope they can sort it - | tomboyb
27/9/2018 14:28 | Saw the guy on proactive investor presentation didn't seem professional at all and a bit of a con man which as it turns out is looking more and more the case . My other concern is they don't really have any assets of any kind only something they sell like insurance and so will only do well if they sell the product which it seems nobody thus far is buying | bones698
27/9/2018 12:50 | I'd rather this go bust than Jaoa get more big salary ..freeze all salaries When I backed the rights I was told it would last a year not 3 months and I was told the loan wouldn't be paid off with the funds Fraud? Misrepresentation ? Bod haven't reduced central costs ..this stinks ..are the drawdown looking after joaoa? Seems odd he would accept those terms | nico115 |
