Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. ("Wheaton") makes the following announcement regarding its persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Wheaton has granted 2,570 restricted share units ("RSUs") pursuant to its Restricted Share Plan. The RSUs have been granted with restricted periods that will expire as to one-third on each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd anniversary of the grant date.

Wheaton also announces that one of its persons discharging managerial responsibilities has purchased common shares of Wheaton.
