Result of General Meeting
Wey Education Plc (AIM: WEY.L) is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today at 43 - 44 New Bond Street, London, W1S 2SA, all resolutions were duly passed.
Capital Reduction
Having been approved by Shareholders, it is anticipated that the first Court hearing in relation to the Capital Reduction will take place on 3 October 2018, with the final hearing expected to take place on 23 October 2018 and the Capital Reduction is expected to become effective on 24 October 2018 following the registration of the Court Order at Companies House.
All capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the circular published by the Company as first announced on 23 August 2018.
