Wey Education Plc ("Wey") is today posting to shareholders the Notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held at the Hilton London Paddington, 146 Praed Street, London W2 1EE at 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday 10(th) January. A copy of the Notice can be found on the Company's website at www.weyeducation.com/#rns.

Proposed Investor Evening Event

On the same day, following on the positive response to the private investor briefing evening held in July, Wey will host an investor briefing for existing and potential investors at the same location as the AGM, commencing at 5:30 p.m..
