Appointment of Executive Director

Wey Education plc (AIM: WEY), the educational services Education is pleased to announce that Barry Nichols-Grey who joined Wey as Finance Director Designate and Company Secretary in April 2018 has now been appointed as Executive Director of Finance with immediate effect.

The following details in relation to the appointment of Mr Barry Nichols-Grey (aged 33) are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

Mr Nichols-Grey has options over a total of 3,091,343 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company of which 1,591,343 are have an option price of 15.7 pence per share and 1,500,000 have an option price of 16.7 pence per share. The options are subject to various performance conditions and save in the event of a change of control of the Company, cannot be exercised before the third anniversary of the date of grant.

There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
