On Thursday we should get an indication of the figures for the year just ending and hopefully a detailed update on the progress being made on various initiatives.

I assume we will get a small adjusted profit for the year just ended, as forecast by WHIreland but I’m far more interested to hear if things are on track for the year about to start than in historic figures. This will be a transformation year for the company if they can meet forecasts.

I’m particularly interested in how the Chinese JV is progressing. As I said before, the figures involved could dwarf the rest of the business if it’s a success.

Of course I also hope that InterHigh is showing very strong growth as this is the core business that everything else is built around, even though the majority of growth for 18/19 is forecast to come from elsewhere. WHIreland’s latest forecast is for a £5.5m increase in revenue from £4.1m to £9.6m. In their previous forecast only £1.6m of this increase was coming from InterHigh, with the remaining £3.9m coming from Wey ecademy (Academy21) and international initiatives.

No news is good news I hear.Probably a low volume mugging of a few non believers, MM’s know how to manipulate the trades.

How come there has been no information since the beginning of May when I, as an investor, am acutely (worried?) aware, that AIM shares are driven by news . (for example why no RNS on the new Kenyan initiative ).

Is that the sort of thing you want asked?

I'm sure the wording of the T/S on the 23rd will be pored over very carefully. If Mr Msasie has as he says learnt from the last time, I hope it will contain facts and numbers to whatever extent it reasonably can, whether they are strong indicators or not, it is what the market will want to hear this time.

Better to say how it is even if it isn't stellar, than to leave any doubt. Of course stellar would be nice, :) but this time around, I think plain accurate will be better received!

Unfortunately due to current work commitments I cannot make Thursday's meeting.Shame but my consolation is that after early September I'll finally be free of my current work commitments. I want to be able to have more time to get to Investor events like this.I look forward to hearing feedback from those going to the event.

Possibly net but we did have a rally before previous results. I believe the share price was over 27p on the 4th or 7th of May and look what followed. No leaks then so hopefully same again.

The InterHigh Juniors is a sensible expansion by WEY. Like public schools use prep schools as feeders into their establishments, its quite possible that the traditional Home School market (infants/juniors with mum) might progress to InterHigh. This is one of the routes WEY can use to tap into the larger education market.

InterHigh have been marketing the 'prep school' quite heavily on their home page. It would be good to get some feedback on this topic on the 23rd August.
